What is the Quick Charge 3.0 Wall Adapter option, do I need it?
When adding your 3 In 1 Wireless Charging Stand to your cart, you will see the options to purchase with or without the 'Wall Charger Plug". The Quick Charge plug is a higher-output wall plug that can deliver 18W output. This plug is required in order to charge the Apple Watch and to be able to give the 3 In 1 Wireless Charging Stand the minimum power input it needs to work. Standard iPhone wall chargers are only 5V 1A and will not give the necessary output. If you already own a quick charge plug you may choose to use this and not add the option to your 3 In 1 Wireless Charging Stand order.

How do I know if my AirPods have wireless charging?
If you own an AirPods wireless charging case or the AirPods Pro, it's pretty easy to tell which version you have. Compared to the original case, there is now a small LED on the front of the case that will blink when charging.

Can you charge 2 smartphones at the same time?
Yes you can charge one smartphone on the front of the wireless charger, and the other smartphone on the rear charging pad of the earbuds, instead of the earbuds.
However, please note that the top-side platform will only charge smartwatches such as the Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch.

Does it charge through my phone case ?
Yes, almost any case is fine. The charging distance is 5mm, so if you are using your own case make sure it is not extremely thick or has anything directly blocking the middle of the phone such as a credit card or metal plate directly on the back, as this will affect the wireless charging.
