your order should arrive within 7-15 business days. If you do not receive your order within 6 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure you're charging your phone wirelessly in no time!

The shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page. All our orders are shipped within 1-5 days (on weekdays).

International shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and tracking number may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take up to 4 weeks. If it's been more than 4 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

Requirements for returns/exchange.

1. Contact our customer support team at support@magnet-me.com and begin the troubleshooting process. This must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. You will be asked to provide the reason why you are not happy with the product followed by required images/videos of how the product is used.

3. If you're experiencing issues with the product, one of our customer support specialists will begin the process of troubleshooting or helping you use the product correctly according to our suggested use.

4. Follow all troubleshooting steps and provide attachments/evidence for the team to be able to assist you properly.

5. The returned items should include all parts as delivered and should be in its original box/packaging. Missing items may void the 30-day money back guarantee.


Once the request for 30-day money back guarantee has been approved, you will need to send the product back to us with a tracking number and order number.

*We may still accept refunds in certain cases even if instructions are not followed, however, we may withhold $15-20 restocking fee.


The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply for:

1. Incorrect use

2. Product was somehow damaged by the customer

3. Incompatible phone/case

4. Incompatible AirPods/Case

5. Devices without wireless charging capability

6. Incompatible Galaxy Buds

7. An Android device that is not compatible with the wireless charger

8. Use of non-original products

Return shipping costs are not covered by MagnetMe.

Our wireless chargers works with most phone cases.
Exceptions might be metallic cases, glass cases and cases thicker than 5mm.
If you have a case like that you might have to remove it in order to properly charge wirelessly.
If you have a metal plate on the back of the phone cover.
The wireless chargers will not be able to charge your phone.
Therefore, the metal plate should be removed from the back of the devices.

You will also get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

If you're using one of our car chargers, connect the charger with a QuickCharge 3.0 cigarette outlet adapter.
If you're using our wireless 3 in 1 charging stand, connect the stand using a QuickCharge 3.0 wall plug.
