What is the Quick Charge 3.0 Car Adapter option, do I need it?
When adding your MAGNET MOUNT 2 to your cart, you will see the options to purchase with or without the 'Car Adapter". The Quick Charge Car Adapter is a higher-output Car Adapter that can deliver 18W output. This plug is required in order to charge in 15w.
If you do not have such an adapter in your car, it is recommended to add it to the cart so that you can get maximum power from your charger.

Does it charge through my phone case ?
Yes, almost any case is fine. The charging distance is 5mm, so if you are using your own case make sure it is not extremely thick or has anything directly blocking the middle of the phone such as a credit card or metal plate directly on the back, as this will affect the wireless charging.
