Quick charge plug 20W is not included. If you do not have one - make sure to choose the option that includes the plug.
The Quick Charge plug is a higher output wall plug that is necessary for the Magnet Me Ultra to be able to deliver the full fast charging speeds of 20W for up to two phones. Most standard phone wall chargers are only 5V 1A and will not give the necessary output.
If you already own a quick charge plug you may choose to use this and not add the option to your Magnet Me Ultra order. We have decided to make this an optional add-on to make the product as affordable as possible.
If you own an AirPods wireless charging case or the AirPods Pro, it's pretty easy to tell which version you have. Compared to the original case, there is now a small LED on the front of the case that will blink when charging.
Yes you can charge one smartphone on the front of the wireless charger, and the other smartphone on the rear charging pad of the AirPods, instead of the AirPods.
However, please note that the top-side platform will only the charge Apple Watch.
Yes, any MagSafe case is fine. The charging distance is 5mm, so if you are using your own case make sure it is not extremely thick or has anything directly blocking the middle of the phone such as a credit card or metal plate directly on the back, as this will affect the wireless charging.
If you don't have a MagSafe case please know that we provide a round magnetic ring in the box that can be stuck on your phone or case so that any phone can be magnetized to the charging stand, so don't worry about that, we've got you covered.

What is the Quick Charge 20W Wall Charger option, do I need it?
When adding your 3 In 1 Wireless Charging Stand to your cart, you will see the options to purchase with or without the 'Wall Charger Plug". The Quick Charge plug is a higher-output wall plug that can deliver 20W output. This plug is required in order to charge the Apple Watch and to be able to give the 3 In 1 Wireless Charging Stand the minimum power input it needs to work.
Standard iPhone wall chargers are only 5V 1A and will not give the necessary output.
